Icon Expo Hotel Information

Hotel Reservations: 
Icon Expo show management requests that attendees assist the associations in fulfilling their commitments with the headquarter hotels before making reservations at other hotels. Guests are encouraged to make reservations as early as possible. All reservations are based on availability and must be made by each hotel’s cut-off date in order to get the group room rate.

Room Blocks: 
Reserving blocks of six rooms or more in the ICPI or NCMA headquarters hotel requires approval by the respective association. Please submit requests directly to ICPI or NCMA for consideration.

Deposits:
Each room reservation requires a deposit of one night’s room and tax. Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of the room for the remainder of the stay. Please check with your hotel for any additional requirements or penalties.
