Concrete Masonry
Designs is the association's flagship publication focused on providing
the latest and most useful examples of concrete masonry construction
around the world. Case studies, building features and best practices
are all part of this monthly four-color publication. Regular features
include concrete masonry designs for commercial buildings, residential
and landscape applications.
An added feature, Concrete Masonry Designs periodically offers
design professionals the opportunity to earn continuing education
system learning units within the American Institute of Architects'
Continuing Education System. Simply by reading the articles in these
specialized magazine issues and responding to the mail-back questionnaire,
architects can earn one AIA CES Learning unit that also qualifies
as a health safety welfare requirement.

are pulled from Concrete Masonry Designs magazine. They are
individual case studies highlighting a particular concrete masonry
construction project in relation to a competing building system.
NCMA
TEK
On
a monthly basis, one of the more than 130 NCMA TEK are updated or
newly created to provide the most current and accurate design and
construction guidance on the use of concrete masonry. These TEK
reflect the best technical information that NCMA has available and
are printed for easy inclusion in a pre-organized binder to keep
at hand and to answer questions when they arise.
