2016 NCMA Midyear Meeting Marketing Opportunities

Marketing Opportunities are available at the Coeur d’Alene Hotel and are on a first come basis. All Marketing Opportunities must be approved by NCMA. Once approved the sponsor will work directly with the hotel for arrangements. All costs associated with the production, distribution and coordination of the marketing opportunity are the responsibility of the sponsoring company. Suggestions on other marketing opportunities may be presented to NCMA for approval. A $1500 marketing fee to NCMA will apply.

Dark Channel in Guest Room Television (one channel available) –  $1,500
Deliver your sales and marketing message directly to conference attendees via the hotel’s in-room television channel. This sponsorship also includes:

• Sponsorship ribbon recognition placed on company registrants badge
• Listing in pre and post 2016 NCMA meeting materials
• With early commitment, sponsor mention on the NCMA website and conference promotion

* Once approved company is responsible for making arrangements with the hotel and for all costs associated with the video and any hotel charges.

Hotel Key Cards (Exclusive)  - $1500 SOLD OUT
Each time an NCMA attendee opens the door to their hotel room; they will be reminded of the sponsoring company’s logo printed on their key card. (Price does not include hotel key cards or hotel charges)

Registration Giveaways –  $250/per item
This is a simple, yet effective opportunity for your organization to deliver its message to NCMA conference attendees. Have your company’s sales and marketing collateral handed out at the registration desk. Items that can be included, but not limited to: pens, pencils, calculators, key chains, etc. All items must be approved by NCMA before acceptance of the sponsorship. This is a cost-effective way to bring information in front of the audience. This sponsorship includes:

• Sponsorship ribbon recognition placed on company registrant badges
• Listing in pre and post 2016 NCMA meeting materials
• With early commitment, sponsor mention on the website and conference promotion

*Once approved, sponsoring company is responsible for all costs incurred to provide these items including shipping to the meeting.

Guest Room Amenity –  $750 per item delivered to NCMA members
Deliver your message directly to conference attendees. Have your company’s sales and marketing collateral placed in each attendee’s guest room. The items that can be delivered include, but are not limited to: chocolates, snacks, towels, tissues, bottled water with your company logo, etc. All items must be approved by NCMA before acceptance of the marketing opportunity. This marketing opportunity also includes:

• Sponsorship ribbon recognition placed on company registrant badges
• Listing pre and post 2016 NCMA meeting materials
• With early commitment, sponsor mention on the NCMA website and conference promotion

* Once approved company is responsible for making delivery arrangements with the hotel and is responsible for all costs incurred to provide these items including shipping, as well as, any costs that the hotel may charge for delivering the item to the hotel rooms.
